SlaveOfTheLord you fking legend, gotta admit that's a good one, and the dude that always says that in the comment section is one dedicated reader, been going about it FOR YEARS now.

it feels like, the novels get worse and worse every week, like the names no longer make any sense, the story becomes non-sense, and it feels like the act of giving a chance and reading them makes a number on my brain cells, i had less headaches reading machine tranlated novels.

the only reedming quality is that every now and them there's a Decent enough novel to read (Not this week thou).

so i'm left wondering, is webnovel run by bots at this point or something cuz there's no way in hell this many people vote for things that are this painfull to read.

I have been in this site for around 2 years, Maybe 3 years; and i have noticed in the last year that like 90% of the novel follow a trend to copy what's popular, but in bad ways.

while trying to give a spin to premise is goods, all the novel lately feel like they are the same thing, and not due to the overuse of cliches. For example the Pilot section is full with novel that honestly can be botered to pick since the synopsis suck , to add insult to the injury, the novel are actual listed to be picked and have trial chapter have A - Bad Tranlation, B - Forced Geo location (making a chinese novel into something american or even european for reason unknow) or C - Copy of another novel of similar characterstics.

and i'm left wondering, what the hell is wrong lately with this section, cuz it seem like novel made by non-profesinal are way better than the one in the section to be translated.

ILuxTenebris yeah, scribehub it's pretty good. i mean i'm not 100% dissapointed in webnovel, but that section of "what's next" it's not as exiting as in the begining, it used to have only 4 or 6 novel if i remember right and usually they were all mostly good, not everyone taste but pretty good, since that time they expanded the list the overall quality has gone down IMO.

ILuxTenebris i mean, it's not all bad, there was the Fantasy Simulator and No was People find cultivation difficult, right? ; those were decent, not exactly what i would pick in first place, but they were decent for the most part.

But there's a bunch of novel in the what's next that reads like it has been fotocopied hundreds time and all of them get most of it wrong.

kinda like, do you remember the trend in manga and light novel to use a long ass name as the tittle?; it getting a bit ridicolous, personally i check writting site like wattpad and royal road, there's usuallys something decent in there to read. royal road deals mostly with fantasy stuff and wattpad has a fair shake at the not so fantastical concept, just giving you options.

i have been looking at the novel that have been picked up on the "what's next" section of the page, but most of the novel they pick are just bad, they either are badly translated or somehow is a copy paste of another bad novel or even a good novel but those become a bootleg version of itself. there's very few novels that do what they do (meaing may be comedy, xianxia or whatever) well.

so in general i'm wondering if theres a way to recomend novels or something, cuz the selection sometimes it's the same or it's not that good one when you end up reading the preview chapters.

quite a while ago, there was this novel in the what's next section that was on my opinion quite good, and it was about a MC getting skills and item that belonged to a League Character also the MC was Wrestler or something like that and got a Mentor/Trainer too that was a Wrestler too, it was quite interesting cuz it got the usual Moder Supernatural stuff and generally speaking didn't read as something extremely dumb or bad translated.

as for when was this novel in the what's next section, i think it was as the same time as this other novel called "My Enhanceable Equipment" (btw this one did get picked off for some reason.) so any help you can give would be greatly welcome.

ApatheticSlurpee yes, it's pretty annoying, i have to ask a friend to pay with his credit card sometimes to buy shit on steam, i pay him in cash after wards. but yeah you got the general idea.

Heyunwell yeah you're right, but i do no not ask for daily free chapter. even i don't have that much free time since i'm in collgue and i'm pretty sure most people need to earn money so, i asking only why there's no a weekly chapter kinda thing?
