Hello Everyone that curious enough, bored enough or just want to stalk the forum like i used to~
Most of you(if not all) are probably fans of the Webnovel sites, cause if not, Why are you here in the forum anyway? Bugs? Error? or maybe for something else?
Well, what ever it is, you probably already have a taste of what this site have and could do.Some of you probably satisfied with how the site goes, some of you probably have a problem with Qidan and want to destroy the site by hacking or any other means, and most of you probably has one or two idea to improve this site.
I myself also have one or two idea, Like, How it would be good to have a sorting function for the Library or Have someone from the staff to update the Book of Answers and have it somewhere everyone could see to allow people find the answer to most their problem and use the forum for the specific stuff.So, to make it easier for the @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL side to look at the suggestion, I made this post to invite everyone to join and put their idea in the comment following this rule:
- Before posting your idea, please read the other idea first to prevent the case of double posting
- Please put all your idea in one reply using the Listing format (putting the "*" then a space before the sentence at the start of the line) to make it easier to notice and causing less post, that would lessen the chance of a post being drowned
- For anyone that don't have idea, already post theirs, or found the same idea in one of the reply, you could give a like to the idea you think the most important or most helpful to show your support and the importance of that idea
- Lastly, Please put posting things that have no connection or function to this thread like "+1" or "I agree" to a minimum if not 0
Now, i know it's not easy to implement some function and i also know how hard it is to make a website, so @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL or any staff member that saw this, Please reply to any of the idea or suggestion that can't be implemented and the reason so we know and could understand. That way, we won't think that your side might not read any one of the suggestion or maybe not even bother to look at the suggestion tab.
And Lastly, Could someone spread this post so that it got more exposure? That way, more people could put their idea and at the same time, raise the chance of staff taken notice of this post.
P.S. For the record, i'm not some sort of community mover or even Webnovel staff. This is kind of my first big post that ask for the whole community support. so if there is something wrong with what i made or that i made some mistakes, I am very sorry.
P.P.S. And since i'm just a reader, I don't have enough privileged to really use a post like this to it's full potential. So i would suggest @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL to make a similar thing instead.
That is if you guys haven't done so here or in discord. But i suggest to made one in the forum too since not everyone went to discord (at least, i didn't)WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I have a question. Is this PFF a monthly thing or a yearly one?

It's because i didn't know the feeling of not having Spirit Stones yet, that's why i ask since i'm wondering about of the meaning of this "Buying Spirit Stones" that i can't see yet. and from the previous reply, now i could see that not everyone could be like me, having their spirit stones keep rising even with the limited amount of daily one.
Which leads me to the question of "Why don't you just use the ads one"

You do know that Qidian, the one behind this "Webnovel.com" site is a chinese literature website similar to Royalroad and is owned by Cloudary Corporation, formerly known as Shanda Literature (now merge with Tencent literature to form Yuewen Group), Which is basically a corporation that controls 80% of the market share in Chinese entertainment literature(based on wikipedia).
Now, imagine that corporation suddenly use their website to translate stories from another country, that probably already have their own right and protected by their own law... I could only see a messy business.
So my friend, the reason why there is only Chinese Webnovel is because this place is not a fan made translation site (whether it's a legal or illegal one) and the story translated here is the one that they owned.

Some of you (if not all) probably already seen the "Keep running out of Spirit Stones? Now you can get more!" on the Slider at webnovel homepage right?I was wondering if anyone have ever have to use it.
For me though, it seems that i would never get the chance to do it anytime soon because somehow, i have 1287 spirit stones in my pocket and the number keep raising everyday even though i haven't stop reading novel.
So, since i have not yet know the feeling of not having a spirit stones, i want to know if anyone even need to buy spirit stones

You know, this remind me of a story. There... was once a cat, A female cat, that live in warm cozy house, being treated and cared by human as their mistress. That cat live an easy life, without have to worry for food and there's always a human to clean and groom her.But on one fateful day, everything changes.
That day, at night, a human appear. a human she don't know. at first, she thinks that the human is a friend or a family of the her human servant, but all the things that human did is giving off a suspicious and nervous scent. knowing that the human is an intruder to her territory, she hiss and yell at the invader to go out of her dominion.
The Intruder tried to silence her, but she is too fast for the slow human. After sometime, her human servant finally appear with what seems to be a long stick in his hand. She yell at her human servant for being too slow and tell him kick out this intruder, but before he could, a loud lightning-like sound enters her ear. Frightened by it, she ran in panic to the outside.
Outside, she heard a lot of screaming and noise from the inside of the house. Thinking that her human servant will take care of it, she walk around to look for a place to sleep. The next day when she wakes up, she wakes up in a box made of black line crisscrossing the whole place. the box was carried by another human to a building, and there she saw so many mother cats, and another human is taking away the kitten of those mother cats while the mother didn't care at all. And from that moment on... Mother become like them.
... as for me, at that time i was just a small kitten when mom told me that story. Me and my sister is her first batch of kitten. On the next day after she told that story, i was taken by the human and seems to be what mom says as "Being sold". At that time, i don't understand at all; all i care is food and playing with my sis. i was put in a dark box with others like me and my sis. Scared and tired, in the middle of the way i fall asleep and the next thing i knew, sis and the others was gone and i'm with a human.
At first, she was kind, play with me and even give me food. I was happy and start to forget about sis and mom. But then, She betrayed me. she took me to a place, block the way with invisible wall, then pour onto me the most disgusting and cold thing i ever know!
Can you believe it! She pour "Water" on me!
After the torture finish, i decide to ran away from that place. things happens and here i am now. still looking for my mother and sister. forever wandering the streets. traveling across the "sea"(which i learn later on, that it's actually a very large container filled with water)
I was wondering, why the Library don't have a sort function? or at least made it a grid and let use move the title around. not that much of a problem, but when there is some novel that you stop or put on hold and a novel meant to be read later is in the same row with novel that you actually read, it's become a little bit confusing to search the novel.
For now, every time i want to sort the layout of the library that is sorted by the order of novel you add to the library, i had to remove then re-add the novel until i satisfied with the layout (and it always get ruined when new novel are added to the library)
I just hope that in the future, there will be a Sorting option in the library so we could organize the novel we actually read with the novel that you are going to read later.

Or, you could just wait for a few days while read some novel that already went to hundreds of chapter, while check-in everyday(The stone from this is random, from 9 to 12) and Vote for new Novel in https://www.webnovel.com/vote (you got 5 for your first vote). That way, you will keep getting Spirit stones but didn't spend any. It took at most 10 days to get more(not less) than 100 Spirit stones, that is if you didn't use it at all. Most "Bonus" chapter need 4 spirit stone or you watching an ads, so even if you didn't stock for the spirit stones, you could still read at least 3 "Bonus" chapter everyday and have some to spare

Wait... didn't they have an App version so you don't have to use browser? I mean, the browser version is meant for the normal way of accessing the story, and that is through pc. while for the mobile, they made an app to let you connect to Qidan right away and it is made to be read on mobile like a phone or tablet.
Soo.... i don't think the infinity scroll is a and the problem
