Nzoputa I second Clowniac advice. Try writing something new. For months, I couldn't begin to revise/rewrite my other novel. I was afraid I might not do the story justice. I have plans and everything. It still fell away. I diverted my focus on reading writing books and fiction books. But every time I sat to write, nothing came. Until my sister suggested I upload my other stories here. Writing something else (something I hadn't seen in a year or two) came easily. Now, I'm ready to revise that novel.
First draft is always bad. I always tell myself that. Writing is rewriting. It's okay to make mistakes. Nothing is set in stone yet. It's okay to make big changes in the story. It's okay to start over.
