Hey, I think making this change was pretty damn stupid because most people voting typically vote the first novel on the page and if you literally put novels that are more centered for female audiences I think that lets most people not able to read the books that they are excited for. This means that people wanting to read Male targeted novels will have to wait a few weeks to get their novel released (as the novel votings typicaly gets reset when there are 2-3 novels left on it) it makes it hard for people to look for fresh, new novels with some genres that people enjoy reading. I really like action and most of the novels are badass xianxia/wuxia novels but I’m hyped for Soul of searing steel. Seeing that it will be put off for a few weeks makes me pretty sad. Don’t think that I dont like romance, etc. I’m just not that into novels like Bringing the nations husband home or the really popular one rn and I prefer action as I can get really excited while reading. Honestly I’ve been reading a lot less novels because of premium which makes me drop what I’ve read before and come back to totally forget everything, Now I’m reading a lot less because there are so few chapters to read (I’ve probably read 20k+ or more as I’ve been really active across 2 years).

I'm not sure what you mean exactly but I guess it would be better if both male and female were displayed in the same page but still separated, like this :

Male novels
blablabla
Female novels
blablabla

Because I almost missed the fact that they were on different tabs, so for a moment I thought that there was only female novels, and I have 0 interest in those !

I want the voting page to go back to how it was. I am female and love action/adventure/horror/fantasy battle stories the most. Yet, for some reason, this is put under the tab for boys. Instead, the first things I see are romantic drama bull that I have zero interest in. The way it is split feels really sexist. There were no problems with how it was before, and I don't like being pressured to pay more attention to the "girl" novels than the "boy" novels.

I agree, however they could split the page down the middle and have male on one side and female on the other. Just a compromise (if needed).

    Well, there's that but the wording up top was changed so that they're supposedly releasing the top voted Male and Female novel every week. Reserving my judgement until I see if that's really the case!

      RedoneAgain Hmm.. You're right. I just noticed that there was a statement below the 'What's Next' stating this.

      Both a female and male lead novel that voted with the most Energy Stones will be released first.

      Or maybe they just added it recently? :( Besides, if you're an author here, Inkstone also asks for Male or Female but it was 'Target' not MC so maybe they should change that too.

          I thought it was the stupidest, most irritating bullsh*t until I saw that that means that 2 novels would be released every week instead of one. Now I;m just hoping QI doesn't notice how convenient that is and take it down immediately.

            dapenggaofei Can you make both of the female and male section downloaded from the server when one click "what's next?" I saw a few second download when one click male from female the first time.

            After the downloading clicking male and female is no hassle.

            (This also the same thing that happened when you click the Content in Mobile version the first time.)

            (This loading made clicking seems long while actually it is not.)
