ZLL and GR felt guilty because they knew HM would never love anyone apart from QC but they had still encouraged SY. Hence, the meeting with QC was a bit awkward because they were happy he was back but they were sad for SY.

She wanted to attend GK anniversary or something but she wasn't allowed. She did return sometimes later but she became irrelevant.

HM's rival should be introduced soon, but she wasn't much of a rival tho since QC didn't care for her. Her arrival and white-lotus act is what led to QC's family accepting HM in later chapters.
