Synopsis
Heroes rise and fall, countless ages pass by. Gods and Demons have been fighting each other since the immemorial.

100 years ago, due to the schemes of Demon Ancestor, First Realm War broke out. True God of the Gods Realm was forced to enter eternal slumber while True Devil perished. Human Realms Five Great Emperors joined forces to repel the demons.

50 years ago, Human Great Empress Resha Valentine decided to cast Apocalypse Magic, Aetherion, to slaughter all the rebels in Black Snow Empire. She later stormed into the Demons Realm and managed to assassinate Demon Ancestor with the help of the Northern Land Demon Emperor, Beelzebub. This event concluded the Second Realm War.

At present day, Erza Valentine, a girl raised in a preeminent clan, awakens her bloodline power and begins her practice as a Sword Mage. Carrying the destiny of an Empress, will she become a benevolent ruler, or will the world tremble in fear under her feet? The Three Realms welcome the rise of its Sovereign.

After reading through hundreds of posts in this thread, I just realised I made a lot of mistakes in this contest.. I entered on the last day, and I didn't know it was based on vote from other accounts which raise a lot of questions on its credibility. I thought webnovel has a group of people who doing the review.

Anyway, I know I won't be the winner and I'm just looking for people to review my first writing and tell me if I'm doing well or not. I will keep posting the new chapters before deciding whether to continue or give up.. it's a pity though as I really like my novel (even though it's just a hobby of mine in my spare time for now)

At first this novel was just for fun, but now I want to do it not just for fun, but as something I really like to do now. Please give my novel a read. I'm kinda at the low end of the spectrum for this contest, and though I don't expect on winning unless my friend manages to hack this website and funnel all the votes to me, who knows? Am ridiculously confused about the winners for #27. I shouldn't be complaining I am one of the winners and yes there were actually quite a number if people who wrote for this one. I checked them out but why did first place win first when it had a little under 4k views when my twisted love life had like 10k? 🤔🤔🤔 Will the one with the higher views get the contract?

    Yeah it's not perfect. But then it's only supposed to give authors a very brief boost (if you win first place).
    If the work is good then it will become popular, even if it doesn't participate in any contest.
    Otherwise, even with the boost, readers will still leave if they don't find the work engaging.

    As for me I find the contest useful, as it gave me a lot of pressure. I had to come up with an interesting concept, write faster, promote my novel more effectively and engage with my readers more.

    To be honest the idea for my contest novel Gunslinger Mage (currently my main one) only popped up after I read the prompt and have a brief discussion with @Ierrech.

    Now I'm much happier than 2 weeks ago, and not because of the 200 SS :)

      Blackvision @ImBloo yeah... like I won but Bloo's novel has almost as many collections and views. And will soon overtake mine.
