I have been trying to write a novel for some time and have been circling in the first few chapters before publishing. Is it possible to submit it, and if I can, how?
Do I need to write a part where the story setting and outline is included in volume 0 to enter the contest? I'm really confused in how to enter. Thank you!

I think I entered correctly, but I’ve entered a minimal character and setting outline because I didn’t want to spoil any major plot plans.

this is my novel , its original story. Only has 9 chapter so far. So far its already have 82 collections. Can I enter my story into this contest? Because I desperately need editor guiding me. Of course I don't plan it to become a plain romance story. Its more like hidden story inside hidden agenda kind of novel.
If I can resubmit Miss Nuggets and Lemonade, how to do it. Can you explain step by step?
