1. Good at English, near-native level proficiency.
2. Plenty of spare time a day for an extended period of time (the faster you edit, the more we can release a day)
3. Dedication and responsibility. Having a sharp eye for details, so that any inconsistencies, or awkward sounding translations can be pointed out.

The editing of a real chapter might be needed.
