I would love more female main characters but plz I beg you, no more stereotypical perfect female who is a genius at everything especially medicine and who just happened to transmigrate over to a trash female whose family and everyone else looks down on and then the face slapping ensues, 🙄. I would rather something like The Virtuous Empress or transmigrating to a otome game or novel etc. Anything is fine as long as it's not cliche plzzzzz.

                Agreed! Also want to read more with female protagonists too! As a female reader, sometimes I just also want a certain character of the same sex! Female protagonists with tough personalities and kick-assed abilities are just welcome!

                  than go to volare and read there, specific site for those kind of novels and please spare us with the same kind of cliche character that gets dominated by a male anyway, or is a poison master or master assassin or useless third daughter that gets mistreated by the king, prince, consort, brothers...whatever bullshit the author can put into the unbelievable short chapters

                    kick ass characters are welcome, just please dont do the "I want to be your slave"-characters here and please mind the chapter length. There are too many female protagonist-stories with 1/4-chapter length of other stories.

                      Billdoor I could say the same for the MC trash to immortal harem king type of stories.
                      If there are decent qidian stories that are still untranslated, I will happily support them to see the light of the day. Currently all of the female protagonists books on the site are all top quality

                          Dudu_the_3rd and unbelievable unpopular, don't know why a translator would choose it, well except cause they get paid by chapter and those are all short.

                          true those are stories from bottom to the top, but no one wants to read about female bs character that get trounced by their male counterpart or have to rely on them, obviously those novels are not popular here

                                so technically, QI can host any novel from xxsy

                                (but it seems QI only host novel from Qidian, probably because China Reading want to launch more international brand, which is common practice)
