I read some guidelines about using reddit . . . but I don't know which subreddits would be good as I am a mainly historical fiction novel . . . I might add zombies though, but I haven't decided.

What are good ways that writers have found to promote their novels? Instagram? Facebook? I'm not someone who is in your face that you should read my novel, so what is a way without being desperate?

lilseasalt I know how you feel. I show mines on all social media I own. I posted it on my Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Artstation and my personal website. I got a few responses but sometimes it's better than none. It doesn't hurt to post it as many places as you can. It doesn't hurt to try.

90751052 oh I feel u but I showed my two friends today and they had such a blast reading it I felt confident to tell them I was the author just test it out it'll be fine

90751052 Ever thought asking your friends at Webnovel to share your novel. I wouldn't mind shooting a tweet for you or posting on facebook.

Hello, people. Please tell about hashtags in Instagram. How they may be used to attract a lot of people to your photoes? If the photoes will be cool - I will recieve a lot of likes, but if not I will have to buy auto likes on https://igautolike.com/. People are often looking for photoes of specific places or things in Instagram, that`s why I am trying to describe my photoes as much detailed as possible and I think hashtags are necessary.
