Honestly, just they should just make NSFW novels hidden unless you set your age to 18+ or something. Which many fake their age for, which I don't get unless you're trying to bypass something like a gambling website.

Oh come on grow up people. No one in public is gonna bother with a tiny book cover on your screen that may or may not be there the next moment you are scrolling down to find a novel. Rather, if someone is looking that intently on your screen while you are searching for a novel, that is a bigger problem! Wtf are they even doing!? And if someone you know happens to be looking at it, then they can use their head to understand that it is just a book cover, it isn't rocket science to guess that you aren't looking up hentai in the living room. You are making a mountain out of a molehill. Those covers seem to be mostly censored in the right parts to be acceptable, kids aren't gonna be jacking off to these that i can assure you. If you think kids can be affected from these you must be very out of touch from reality. They won't even lift an eyebrow when they can just google the real deal instead of some covered up drawing of some book. Stop wasting your time...

I just dont want to have Webnovel become a case of "do I want to have anyone glancing over my shoulder see nude men/women." I dont care if the book itself has pornographic content, granted atleast one I skimmed before this post literally had a minor having sex with someone. I just wish I didnt have to deal with those off-chances where I have to explain to someone that I am not reading smut in my workplace/school. It also only takes one report for some official to ban it on their network and the whole place suffers. I just wish they would follow their own TOS and properly moderate their own content

This is such a vague statement, and for good reason. It even says 'inappropriate' haha. Inappropriate according to who? Hateful according to who? Embarrassing according to who? 'Reasonable Person'? Who is that person? You get the gist. If Webnovel says it is inappropriate, then it is. Simple as that.

Can't believe webnovel cut out the love scene from "when a snail falls in love" that was beautifully written, not lewd or explicit in any way then allow books such as "happy peach" to exist here
