MaiTiaoNu Technically yes, however, since the winners are chosen on how popular the novel is over the course of the contest based on powerstones (and possibly views and collections too) submitting it early, even one chapter at a time, is best.
You also need at least 10k words to qualify, and based on the typical length of chapters on Webnovel, there’s no good reason to post a 10k long chapter or several shorter ones all on the same day.
I actually think my first contest submission for Mage was automatically disqualified because I missed this point about 10k words by the end of the contest. I also had less than a week left when I entered. Now, the contests are two weeks as opposed to one, so that really helps.
