        WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL Could we please get the mass download option back where one selects all of the books that one wants to download to have them download them all at once? Instead of the current system where one has to select each individual book to download separately bit by annoying bit??? Not everyone has internet where they live, especially if they live in the middle of no where, and it's easy to hit internet/wifi dead zones when you're constantly traveling from point A to point Z... I Truly appreciated the subscription option and I'm not completely sure why some author's didn't receive their due when I often tried to download ALL of the books that I was interested in as much as I was able... Thank you for reading my post and I hope you bring the subscription option back soon...

            Shouldn't we at least me allowed to have access to the chapters we read while on the service. If I want to reread the chapters I will have to basi ally buy them again

              Quidan, your PAYING customers need an explanation about the status of your service. It is now the second month after your announcement of cancellation of your subscription service. Do something, anything, before all of the money walks away.

              Lemonmint I think locking chapters was reasonable move. When you buy with ss you unlock permanently. With subscription you can read more for less money, but if you unsubscribe you lose access to chapters. Additionaly they mentioned it on subscription page, so it's your fault for not reading carefully. On the other hand the problem is unannounced discontinuation of subscription, and ignoring clients afterwards.

                  Having this kind of money burning and inconvenient platform is what sends paying class readers to go to site aggregators 😓

                    I hope everyone on this thread has given them a review on google play or app store. I’m assuming they been paying for fake 5 star reviews to bury all the negative reviews they’d been getting.
