I donated for the 1000 (2k bonus) SS.

I have been charged yet nothing has been added to my account balance.

after an hour from this writing, no SS change still.
my cash was still deducted and I have not received any "payment rejected/refused/etc." alert.

They should coordinate with Google play/App Store for these things ugh

Are there problems with the usage of debit card in your system? at the same time, this has happened twice already.
1 may be a coincidence or accident in my part (let's say there was high traffic at the time I purchased) but two times and billed properly, without receiving anything is a problem in your side already.

Only suggestion was made 7 hours ago for a novel.

Qidian and the translator never answer novel suggestion.You make suggestion and if a translator or if Qidian wants it, it will be translated. If not, then your thread will be left alone, dying in the wild.

And for other forum user, they most likely they didn't care about the book. This site is mostly male dominated, so a romance novel will fall down fast in the activity sorting.

Silent_Dawn Hi, there, currently we are working with Paypal to solve the issue. It might take a while since you have applied Paypal refund. The refund will be successfully excuted once Paypal approve it. Frankly, if u have not applied Paypal refund, we could easily sending over SS to you account but the refund process will be delayed cuz we need to wait for Paypal's responses all the time, especially in weekend time...

Really sorry for inconvience paying experience. We will give u guys a official guideline about making claim or requesting refund on Monday. Please also try use email to report bugs instead of using forum. Email is way more eaiser to track and update for quick response.
