I actually posted about 8 chapters in February and ditched the site up until last week. When I came back, I had a ratio of 322:1. Pretty confusing since I spent 5 months not updating. XD

I haven't done any promotion as I'm just now taking this seriously. Doesn't that mean since returning and updating regularly, I've gotten worse? Hahaha.

      Sigheti I'm ahead on my book as I've been posting on Tapas since November 2018. I have updates scheduled to 4 times per day. 12am, 6am, 12pm, 6pm. Because of the time zones. Majority are in the US but I also have a lot of Nigerians. Otherwise it's Philippines which is a 12 hour difference. Not to mention the HQ of the site is too. (@_@) I want to switch to once a day weekly when I get to season 2 but no clue what time.

          lenapresents I’m amazed! How do you keep it up? Between hobbies and uni I barely get some writing done.

          Do you finish a story completely before you start publishing it?

                  Sigheti it's not completely done and I have 40-something short chapters (500-1500 words). Which is half that as 1500-3000 word full-length. I heard shorter chapters are best for serials? Tbh I wrote at work quite a bit. XD I've taken long breaks due to health too. So it's really not amazing. XD I'm just lucky I decided to post here when I am already ahead. I think season 1+2 will equal 60 chapters? Which is low for this place so I'll probably need a season 3 even if the main characters change to former supporting charas.

                      lenapresents I understand. My writing method is a little more leisurely. I hope you are doing fine again. Naturally, health should be prioritised over writing.

                        lenapresents the higher the view number the more it seems people are browsing not reading. 100:1 is a better ratio to 1000:1.

                            Enlightened_Being I think you are not in the bad position. Having a lot of views is great. Just ignore if people don't comment. Just mind the thing that people kept reading your story as the number of views kept rising

                                lenapresents If your readers like it, they will surely show you support. Try promoting yourself. I've done it myself. I get at least 4 comments on each chapter.

                                      The absurd one is now up to 106K reads. Still 12 collections.

                                      Getting close to 1K reads daily on a finished story seems a bit odd. Especially as the number of collections is static. So, scrapers...
