Anyone knows male MC romance? May not be fully romance since male MC novels are mostly focused on action. We men need romance too.
And please no harem.

You might want to try and read mine. I wouldn't say that it is very focused on romance, but it is an element of it while it has minimal action.

I don't really have an example to give you, I'm new, but it's true that there's not much romance for men. It's the demand and the product, and actually, if I ever write a story, I'd rather make a harem that attracts people by adding romance afterwards. Because it's not very motivating to write without readers commenting, so writers prefer to take some facilities to allow themselves to have regular readers.
I know that this post wasn't originally there for that, but what do you think of this?
Petrichore I think it is sad and I get what you mean. This is webnovel after all where people seek wish fulfillment stories. I don't think this will change but I hope it does. I scroll through the novels and all I see are CEO novels with beautiful female MCs and cultivation stories for males. Writing is an art. Imagination should be unlimited. And yet we are stuck because authors are too afraid to venture into unpopular topics. The website's design also makes it worse. I get that this is a business but the admins should also promote great stories instead of just popular ones.
Petrichore Wait I actually agree. As a new author, it's sort of frustrating to see a ton of novels with the general cookie cutter formula be promoted over and over again .-. But like in my opinion, I would never really change the way I write or the worldbuilding that I do just because I want to chase after readers? Like sure it might go unnoticed, but as an author, that doesn't mean I'm willing to really to compromise some things over it.

CreamAndCookies I'd say Forty Millenniums of Cultivation is one of my faves in that aspect. If you haven't checked it out, you may wish to do so. :)
