What gets me is all these people saying they can't pay a few bucks because of their living situations. Y'all have a good enough life to have access to the internet, use that internet on one of the I dunno... 10+ popular survey and ad watching sites. Easy to dink around for 20 min a day and make $5-$10 PayPal a month. Problem solved.

QI want each premium beta user to pay about 200-300 $ for each premium novel in the end.
We want standard premium, we pay monthly subscription 20-30$ and get access to all premium novels without ss or something else. Not a problem of ads in other bonus chaps in other novels.

OldManDuotian A subscription is a good idea, but the reason the premium is like it is now might be due to a copy of the system on QI's chinese website. So the chances of subscriptions coming to be are very little.
Flaffy I am glad someone else agrees with me on this. I was just curious when I started reading this post as I think that boycotting won't solve anything. I am certainly not against the website and translators getting something back for their work! But I certainly can't accept Godbrandy's behaviour of insulting potential clients. As a translator working for Qidian, he must understand that he is representing the website. He can't go and ruin their image like that. It's something he should absolutely avoid.

I'll think of this as a lesson and only read my favorite novels up to a good point to quit. The current system just isn't working for me... the amount of premium chapters for i.e. Immortal Mortal is just too much to not have bad feelings about it. At least hide the amount of real chapters from me to make me not feel bad about it.
Meh, I'll try switching to real literature as soon as I can.
