Time after time, all of the novels for women look the same. Romance, romance, romance. I love a good romance just as much as the next woman (and I'm not saying to remove it from the story), but seriously? What I really want is a STRONG FEMALE LEAD. The stories I find like that are few and very far between. Others start out that way, but then the male lead steps into the story, where HE then becomes the lead and the woman weakens. Men can rule the world, but women have to wait for their husband to help them? What is this crap? I'm not asking for a harem situation or a dominatrix. Just a woman with a strong will, who CONTINUES to have a strong will throughout the story. Also, having a male that comes in and treats her like crap or manipulates her into doing what he wants also feels very scummy. Like someone gave you a cookie but dipped it in dirty mop water. In rl those men are no longer trancendentally beautiful. They are scum. Is this a trend in novels? Or just the novels that are chosen for translation?

The grammar is almost perfect. The story is amazing. And the female MC is really cool. It has 120+ chaps and the MC still doesn't have any romantic inclinations towards any male coming her way.

And the reason that is the case is because writing that way is easy. It takes significantly less skill to write along stereotypes and tropes than it does to make a fully-realized character who subverts them.
That's why good writers are rare. It's not that the skill is difficult to develop... it's that being a bad writer is so much easier than being a good one, and even horrendous writers who publish exploitative garbage can develop huge followings and lucrative careers (looking at you, E.L.James, you fucking hack).
Why are the chooses for future female leads have male leads all 3 of them?
handmadesolace My novel has a male lead, but there's a flashback told from MC's mother perspective. So..., I don't know, maybe you'll like it. Duality, and the flashback starts at Chapter 17 - Defeated and ends at Chapter 35 - Parting.
Yeah, I know, this flashback took way too long.

She is very independent to the point that everyone worries about her. She is strong and playful, have a funny and harmonious family. Mainly romance and contain some action where the characters fights.
