ReachZhaiTW No ads show up at all. What do I do now?

ReachZhaiTW I realize this. But if ads never show for some regions, but fall like rain in others, it just doesn't seem fair somehow.
I came across an add every 5 to 6 pages of a novel I started this weekend. I got 2 points per ad, which doesn't seem like a lot to me considering the exchange value of rewards. 20k coins for a week of free reading would require you to watch 10k ads (for 2 coins each) and that is if they appear every 5 to 6 pages. So you'd need to read something like 50-60k pages to be able to claim that reward. At least that's how I perceived it, I could be wrong.

If your settings on set to have it scrolling, you won't see any ads. I've been reading for a couple days without any points. But once I noticed the previous person saying they get it after every few pages, I switched it and get the ads often.
Switched to page turning, read for half an hour. Still no ads. Boo.
After the latest upgrade of the app, I lost the whole farming mode. It's turned on, but the bag doesn't even show up anymore. 
I don’t see ads and I don’t see any books with a gold pouch. Ever since they started this I have yet to see any way of farming
It seems like only fanfics have it.
I only have found one transaction so far First Order. But the bag is gone now since I rebooted my phone after the app stopped working at roughly midnight Hongkong time. Now I have to read fanfics to get any more coins.
Now my other favorite stories have to be cut back while farming gold For Spirit Stones.
Why not simply make the add watching a alternative way to unlock Premium stories.
Give 1 Spirit Stones to unlock to chapter and watch an add every 250 words.
With the Stones you can get for check-in, voting and reading time bonus, you can make up 255 Spirit Stones a week.
Therefore you could then read up to 255 chapters per week or 36 per day.
