bluerat curious. I thought I was seeing the individual pop-up +2 for each ad while I was checking on the overall reading gains, but I suppose I might have been mistaken.

Well, so far it seems to be better for me than the old one. I can see the ads! And I get points for reading time, too! That's a nice touch.

There's a small discrepancy though. When I watch the little coin animation at the top right of my screen (when I have completed a couple minutes of reading), sometimes it says 2, other times it says 4. But when I go into the history of my reading points gains, it's only showing up as +2 gained, never as +4. Curious.

How are the rest of you feeling about the new farming variant?

Man I wish this worked for me. I hope there aren't too many others in my situation (farming not showing ads, I mean).

Yuki_Qing yes, it's that version. Have cleared the cache. If I can track down my login info, I'll try logging out and back in (though I don't quite see how that will help)

I have yet to see a single farming ad. Farming is on, page turning is on, the little bag logo is in the corner so I know I'm im the right sorts of stories, I have tried multiple novels (with a sample size of 200 page turns each)... Nothing. Simply nothing.

My only other thought is that maybe there's some sort of 'speed limit' that's been implemented? I am a rather fast reader, and maybe that's working against me somehow.

Trying to figure out if the issue is simply my being in an unlucky location in terms of ads, or if others are having the same problem.

I quite like fanfiction, and so the farming mode seems at first glance to be ideal. But if ads never show, then the whole concept flies out the window. (yes I have an internet connection, yes I have it on page turning and not scrolling.)

For what it's worth, I'm in a European capital city.

It is so unfair. I live where the ads are never available (cannot multiply check-in without quick reflexes upon a phone reboot, cannot farm) , and now you further reduce my ability to read the books I want? So disappointed.

Bullet tags are fired on comics, not novels. Perhaps that's the missing key you seek?

In my app, that section is not clickable. It only shows 8 novels. (Sure, I can switch them up, but it will still only show 8 at a time. Being able to see a list would indeed be nice.)
