ihateyounot Is it like black tea? Black tea, salt, melted lamb, bread? This is what the nomads eat. Farmers eat white tea. Milk is bred on tea leaves of green tea. add the fatty fat of a ram or a snow goat, crumbs are crushed into it. Add pepper, salt to taste.
Tea
Today I drank classic Russian tea - black long leaf Idian tea, with sugar three pieces of refined sugar and two circles of lemon.
But I like delicious tea - strawberry syrup, slices of orange, lemon and boiling water
Gourmet_DAO yes, except the tea is white with milk. Black tea is for guests, or when you have a headache lol. And meat goes with everything haha
Today someone on the internet made me crave/miss dipping bread and tea. I also like crackers but crackers and tea biscuits just feel more like an evening or midafternoon snack. Bread is for morning and childhood meals.
It's very hot where I live right now. So when I came home- took my shower, I had my brother pour me some of my dad's iced tea. I normally don't like my dad's tea as he's too careless about quality and taste.
However today a delicious wave of rose and fermented white grape hit me. What lovely iced te-HEY WAIT THIS IS FROM MY TEA STASH?!?!! THAT'S MY LUPICIA, DAD YOU BEEN STEALING FROM MY CABINET AGAIN
yiyuehua I’m not addicted, but I do drink it every now and then. My usual is black milk tea, 30% sugar, less ice and either grass jelly or the classic tapioca pearls. I’m lactose intolerant though so every dose ends with pain. No regrets! :D

sinfuego From the Uigur - Dungan cuisine we have - manti, lagman, yuftangza, manpar, Choshchurya dumplings, "Porya", "Suyuk Ash", Baursak.
today I drank juice from an apple with rose hips, then Nabeglavi Georgian water, Jermuk Armenian water, now I drink ordinary milk oolong.
Y’all having fancy teas while I make do with green, earl grey, or chamomile to wake up or unwind for bed. I have tea everyday as the hours, days, weeks drift by~ =w=
Mmm, looking forward to the day when I can fully relax and try more tea brews~ n-n

Chryiss If there would be a lot of money, there would be no Kovid-19, we all could travel the world and try different types of tea and desserts. For example, go to Japan, there are many teas and desserts there are surprisingly many wagashi with only 200 kinds!

Depends on the shop's specialty.
My usual orders vary depending on the brand and store (which is a clear sign of how bad my addiction is).
Usually, I like "tea" focused drinks, not sugar& syrup. Things that really bring out the tea or mix. Usually I get 50-75% and less ice. preferably no boba but I do enjoy pudding or crystal white pearls as add ons. Depending on the drink, aloe and grass jelly works too.
Thankfully I've been blessed with a body that can drink milk but I naturally prefer almond, soy or oatmilk. (in fancy coffee shops I'll even take macadamia or cashew milk)
ihateyounot Aw no :( being lactose intolerant but still drinking milk tea is a whole mood though. According to my friends, the pain is worth it LOL
CCmei Yesss it definitely depends on the shop. I used to have a neighborhood boba store that I love, but they closed down recently ; ; I also have really love the stores that focus on the tea component and less sugar/syrup. + Pudding and grass jelly are just as good (can you see how indecisive I am). Almond and soy milk is amazing but I haven't tried oatmilk too often. Hm, I'll give it a try !

Riiiiiight
Like one shop I must have the mango snow slush
This brand you should order the tea straight, with subtle flavors like blueberry jasmine
Another is some herbal fruity drink with honey aloe
This one gets matcha cheese foam lattes
That one you have to order wintermelon kumquat with crystal pearls
Another shop is famous for the brown sugar boba milk tea
So what if my favorite teas are oolong and fancy florals- it all depends on the brand and shop. ( I feel like a bubble tea slut....)
@_@
It's a honey turmeric latte sort of morning so that's what I'm rummaging in my kitchen on my ONE day off a week.
Continue staying safe where ever you are.
Today I drank jasmine green tea and sencha.
All the same, green tea goes very well in hot and sunny weather!
I had a lavender latte from one of my college age favorite shops today. Very small but hipster looking shop, the kind featured on beautiful instagrams. To be fair it has a gorgeous natural upcycle patio.
I stopped drinking it for almost 3 years bc I felt it got watered down. Today was delicious. Of course during covid time I could only get it to go.
Lavender latte, preferably served strong with alt milk (I got whole milk today bc I was lazy but you can always customize. )
THEN I WENT HIKING (expected 2 hours) AND MY COUSIN ALMOST FAINTED FROM OXYGEN DEPRIVATION and we stayed out there over twice as long in the hot sun slowly helping her back up. Maybe I should have gotten more caffeine.
My wife's tea supply is finally dwindling because we're home all the time! She had a huge collection of random teas that she bought whenever we went to a different tea house.
Finally seeing some empty space in one kitchen cabinet, lol.
kazesenken I support ur wife and the tea cabinet
CCmei
Don't get me wrong. We both drink tea. It's just that it accumulated since we were never home to drink it.
There are some from who knows how long...
CCmei Rooibos is better to drink, it contains both sucrose and caffeine but does not increase pressure. 100 grams costs $ 7.5
