When I claim my Fast pass it doesn't show in my account. For example if I get 6fast pass in my account I get only 3fast pass it really pissed me. N really not enjoying this fast pass. Coins were much better

1- Alterations are ok and a right that web novel has. My problem is with sudden and without explanation alterations. ex: 3 months before put a notice that there is going to have changes with details (something similar to this post is ok). You just don't surprise readers like that.
2- yes webnovel is too expensive. It is because of quality and utility. Same price you can and will buy a higher quality book. Aside from that the book physical or digital is mine. You can say that web novels products are also, however your changes and lack of notice make me not trust you so i prefer to use my money in a higher quality and safer place.
3- webnovel image is of greedy business and any change is always to worse the reader experience.
4 -i won't say how to profit or manage your business but if it not working for the customers there is something wrong.
I started using webnovel because it is official and i want to support the author editor even webnovel. However i can't thrust a company that is always changing and without explanation. Make money is right and has to be the objective. however webnovel seriously has a problem with the how.
If a great number of people believe that is expensive it is. If the cost is really that you have a problem of publicity or business model.
Please don't just ignore complaints because it is not what you want to hear.

Are you trying to be professional or you don't give a f..., because you are coming through as a patronising and unprofessional, keep yourself in check. If so many people have problem understanding new rules, ss/stars and coins and how it all works, then maybe the problem is with what you introduced and not with hundrests or tousends of users. And saying that fast pass can be just used when you want and people can read later and that it's not a REAL problem what is your advice for people like me, I read a book that uploads 2 chapters 5 times a week, I can't make an author to publish more just so I can use fast pass. So what is your solution to this???

Why can't I claim coins from reading??? I lost 20 already. What is happening is that not coins anymore are they stars? What are stars??????

You know, if you had only perused the original post thoroughly, you would have found the answer to your own questions in that post.
21/22 fast passes a week. 3 a day, 1 from energy vote, 1 from power vote and 1 from the login "Bonus reward" (that needs to be altered, just the text). Perhaps 1 extra if you sign in all week and claim it (haven't done it yet).
I think I used to get 270ss a week, minus the reading that they have basicly scraped, that was about 225ss. So if you equal fs=10ss, it's about similar.
Unfortunately for me most of what i read was about 7-9ss and reading going bad, I read less now. Not that bad though.
However because of the reading meter changing, my desire to spend time exploring new books has declined. Any free original webnovels I can read somewhere else, I do.

NextLvl A few things:
1) Original contracted novels are forced from now on to put out 1k+ word chapters, so you are guaranteed to unlock novels w/ a 5 coins minimum cost (unless you are reading/unlocking chapters from before the FP system was introduced). Most translations that I've come across are already 5+ coins too.
2) If you are reading 1 coin chapters, that's a chapter of 1-200 words. If it's 3 coins, that's 401-600 words. I've seen 4 coin chapters, but I haven't ever seen actual chapters shorter than that being put out, but if you say that there are people putting out that short amount of chapters, then okay-- I would still highly rec you to read novels that cost more coins per chapter as it's probably a more satisfying reading experience than having to unlock new chapters per 200 words. (And just to give you an idea about how much 200 words is, this message you are reading right now is 240 words. So, are you really satisfied with reading chapters this length every day, even if they put out multiple ones? I would personally find that it hurts my immersion.)
3) I am only a forum moderator. So tbh, your argument about me trying to convey the idea that WN needs more profits is invalid as I don't even get paid for doing this job. I could really care less about how much profit WN is making. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

MajaThePleiad I don't see how my words from the first post come off as patronizing, but I guess everyone can interpret them differently. And just so you know, I am a forum moderator who has zero influence over WN business decisions. Therefore, I cannot do anything about what WN decides to do with coins/FP/etc, but rather I can only address some of the misunderstanding-spawned complaints with this post. That's the whole purpose of this thread.
I don't understand your issue. If you're reading a novel that puts out 10 chapters a week, that will take 10 fast passes. If you do all the check in/vote prizes, you have 12 fast passes left to use on other novels (you can get 22 FP per week). So what is your issue? Could you clarify?

Maybe this was already talked about but the pricing of coins is strange. In euro it's cheaper to buy 2×500 coins than to buy 1×1000 coins, shouldn't it be the other way ?
