PhantomNite629 It says that they are adding more chapters to the Privilege. How many chapters was the highest Privilege for when you bought it before? 20 Chapters or 25 Chapters? Currently, there are 20 Chapters hidden behind the Privilege and 25 Chapters behind Privilege is the norm for Translation works. When they have 25 Chapters in the Privilege, it should be available for purchase once more.

            I also got privilege for two novels but for some reason the privilege ended before the end of the month. I get the whole buying it once a month but it didn’t even give me the month. It ended the day before the end of the month

              Stormrall The Privilege ends on the first of the month according to China Time, GMT +8, at 12:00 AM. It might have still been Thursday for you but already Friday over there, and that's why it appeared to you that it ended early.

                  RABBITICOL I have priviledge for "It's Not Easy to be a Man After Traveling to the Future". The priviledge is for 25 chapters, and the updated chapter without priviledge is 1093. I can see in the total chapter there 1118, and I have read until 1116, then I was preoccupied and did not catch up. It says in my account I have no priviledge, but I can access until 1116 which I caught up to, but I can't see the latest 2 chapters even though they should be there, nor the option to renew.

                      It’s three days into the month, I bought privilege on 4 novels and I’m not able to access any new chapters on them. I’ve caught up to my privilege on one novel, and the regular updates are coming through, but I’m still not able to access privilege chapters

                        And I understand I have to repurchase the privilege each month and I have to pay for each chapter, the issue is this mo th I repurchased my privileges and new chapters aren’t showing up even though I’m getting notifications for them

                            Blossom_Zionq I already contacted customer support on this issue and they were no help, all they care about is the money.

                            And now I'm hearing they flat out just stopped replying cause everyone is reporting the issue

                                Everyone thst is having issues should probably do a few things.

                                1. Check for updates to the webnovel app, download if needed.
                                2. Restart your device.
                                3. Make sure you have a high enough privledge (buying 5 chaps when you were 10 chaps behind isnt going to work), but a higher level if needed or wait for it to catch up.
                                4. Sad times for anyone who bought it early. WN really needs to state the amount of privledge time left. Though usually I only buy privlge after it has ran out or a few days into the month to avoid this issue.
                                5. If you are having issues. List what novel(s) you are having issues with. There msy be an issue on the authors side. There may be an issue on the WN side.

                                Not WN staff, just someone familair with debugging and troubleshooting. Might help, might not.
