I was thinking more of just the statement itself, provided that component doesn't change. It's worth giving readers the heads up that a premium post is best placed on their buy list and kept there while others are best kept on a wait for free status due to the way Premium to Free releases work. In other words, temporary purchases of a Premium novel are a waste and should be either maintained or avoided according to personal finances/budget.
I have a hard time properly phrasing everything so I'm sure you can do better, but the concept is there.
