_Love_Illusionist . There are three reasons for not receiving powerstones

First you could have been blacklisted for using symols(like emojis) or Chinese and Japanese characters(the letterings).

Second could be, your novel is new and going through the vetting process they started to review books to make sure they follow the guidelines before receiving powerstones.

              If your book is new, it is going through a vetting process they are doing. They are reviewing your book to make sure it follows the guideline. Please be patient and give it time, the powerstones will be unlocked. Just keep uploading your chapters.

                  RJMidnight oh alright I asked a few other authors I knew but they didn't face this issue though.

                      Hi, I encounter this issue a few days ago too and emailed the customer service.

                      It could be that your novel contains japanese or chinese characters or it is being reviewed.

                      You just have to wait for a few more days before it comes back to normal (Mine, it took a week). If it didn't return to normal, you can try to email them.
