I am facing the same problem as well. I uploaded my fic after the review thing too....I tried contacting the editor but never got any response. My book doesn't use any special characters too.

If your book is new, it is going through a vetting process they are doing. They are reviewing your book to make sure it follows the guideline. Please be patient and give it time, the powerstones will be unlocked. Just keep uploading your chapters.
RJMidnight oh alright I asked a few other authors I knew but they didn't face this issue though.
Hi, I encounter this issue a few days ago too and emailed the customer service.
It could be that your novel contains japanese or chinese characters or it is being reviewed.
You just have to wait for a few more days before it comes back to normal (Mine, it took a week). If it didn't return to normal, you can try to email them.
