Legge needs to do quite a bit of research on the things mentioned in IRAS (he recently had to go to a library to borrow a book to consult a reference), as well as ensure that the lyrics (in the current arc) have to match with what the chapter is saying because the author ties it in very closely. He also needs to sub the songs (very time consuming) for the chapters with songs.

All this takes quite some time.
