Ebu8b The other posters have already expounded on what we wish to convey. I have nothing more to add unless the devs ask me for suggestions on replacements for removing comment EXP. And from the looks of things, you've got nothing else to add, either.
Peacecraft Maybe they could even offer some EXP for every chapter read? They could give it a cooldown timer to prevent page spammers from just breezing through every chapter. This can encourage them to read other novels available in Quidian and find other interesting titles that they would have enjoyed but ignored otherwise?
WonderDuckie one could almost say it's a scam to artificially increase website traffic
I'd certainly wager it serves a purpose for some sort of metric. "Look how popular we are! Our readers are so involved and active that we average x comments per chapter!"
Oh, and to further the ploy, all the forum threads and comments created in response to the spam.
As one of those people you say that are spammers, I don’t just do it for exp.. i also just say my thanks for those translators that do the hardwork while i just read.. btw i do this to most of my favorite novel i spam thanks and puddings 
PuddingPeddler Frankly, I've got nothing against you thanking them for the chapters. But weve been seeing a mass of posts simply screaming EXP. Those have got to go. It does nothing for the readers OR the translators.

Which really hurt my feelings on ww, some people keep bullying a translator and he didn’t translate for 5 days, it really saddens me and he was the one translating bem and og.. the horror of not reading og

It also really has nothing to do with the translators themselves either.We're just trying to get the admins to consider removing the incentive they have, and perhaps replace it with something else. Hmm well i do get your point but thats why we have forums right for discussion.. but i can agree on changing that so they could spam less but would it also be bad when you see chapters that have less than 10 comments.. i’m thinking on the translators side.. it’s like having a youtube channel with no community.. good or bad..

PuddingPeddler better to have few comments that actually have content regarding chapters than a flood of bogus eXP EXP post knocking down proper discussions about said chapters.
Well, at least now you can filter comments by likes. This slightly mitigates the problem as it encourages readers to make more intelligent comments.
Best way to combat this while still offering exp for comments? Make exp tied to how many people like your comment, and get rid of the ability to like your own comment. Forces people to be insightful or clever.

but that said if you want your tl'ers / ed'ers to get a hollow pat on the back each time they release a chapter just so someone can get some xp for it then its fine to continue it. you will know who really cares once they no longer get anything for being nice to you.
But before the experience point was revealed they're already spamming the comments section. It got worst when they started to introduce that level thingy.
