So I have this problem where I will do the bonus reward option and i get nothing. This is even after watching the video that pops up all the way through and waiting a few seconds after just to make sure. Fine. So it doesn't work I wont use it anymore. Next I have a problem that the Fast Pass reward doesn't work on every book. In fact, it works on maybe one out of 30. When it does work and I pause readying midway through any chapters it deletes the use of the Pass and I have to use another one. This doesn't even account for if I want to re-read a chapter. This is a part I have the highest problem with and why I can guarantee I wont pay for coins to do this. That doesn't account for my fast passes vanishing or the fact it takes 2 for a single chapter sometimes.

EventualUpdate The bonus reward is just the 5exp. Standard reward is one FP, while the bonus adds the exp to that. It's worded poorly, we know.

There are FPs which are genre specific, especially of late, and others more annoyingly which are novel specific. Don't call the atm broken just because you're trying to put your bank card in the money slot.

I have a problem. I have a few fast pass but I'm unable to use it to open the chapters especially after updating this app. Why is that? Can someone explain!

Ellora25 You can check what types of fast passes you have.

First, open the Profile tab in the app, then tap on the text that tells you the number of fast passes you have, then on the new page tap on the green ticket symbol.

Here, you should be able to see what types of fast passes you have.

EventualUpdate If you still somehow dedicated to want to watch the ad to get the 5 exp but it doesn’t give if you skipped the first time right when you check-in for the day, there’s still a way to get it. I also had that stupid problem where sometimes I’m too busy so I skipped the ad first then try to watch later in daily challenge but despite watching how many times and how many different ads, it doesn’t give anything. I honestly gave up for a long while after that until I discovered something. Go to your Library, go to that event page button in the top right that shows the current events. There you can see the daily check-in in the top left and you can actually properly access it and ‘properly’ watch the ad so it actually gives the freaking exp at last!
