I agree with some of your suggestions, I originally wanted to "go premium" I decided to sit back & watch the fallout, see how this system operates & then make a decision.
Truth be told I think that the quite a lot of the "free" crowd seem to be whining scroungers, however I do agree with some of your suggestions... A monthly subscription fee is by far my favourite & what I thought "going premium" ( that term is soooo amusingly pretentious) was going to be, not this "candy crush stone buyer's habit forming addict maker" that is premium.
I believe you complained that they should do proper marketing & research of their target demographic... They have, the results are being used as we speak & I find it quite brilliant. You'll spend, run out, have that cliff itch & spend more, run out & repeat for as many premium novels are in your library.
We live in a time where forming habits is easy... You are being farmed.

Well done Q a round of applause, I think I'll use this as study.

That info is in the book of answers & was provided from the time Spirit Stones became a currency.

LemonAid0708 which is not expensive for a hobby.
Do you like painting? you'll spend way more than that on paint.
You like gaming? A game easily costs 50$
      You like sports? A fitness / tennis / whatever subscription > 36$
I like reading. I'm happy to spend 10$ / month on my hobby.

BishopDearg Yeah they care more about profit than fidelity.
Candy Crush is a small game with big target.
But webnovels is a big platform with a small amount of fans.
They shouldn't follow the strategy of Candy Crush in that situation...

Miya Dude let's just drop that.
My final point is that I consider my hobby as a neccessity to even bother living.
We are different type of poeple with different opinion in life and survival

Let's each go on our own dao path.
And may our dao path cross again in a friendlier way.

mushu you have to factor in that there will be an extra cost because of the translation.

            i only have 1 suggestion
invest spirit stone with novel you already know they will finish soon or are already completed
example the king of avatar or mmorpg legendary guardian
if you don't have any...well shit happans

They don't give a shit about your post. You can find at least 15-20 post like this.but you can't find one answer from higher-up.They don't care about translation quality(a lot of translator uses MTL) or full of a filler chapter.there are idiots who buy their stone and that is enough for them.

BishopDearg no because if I pay and unlock a 100 chapters I dont have to wait a 100 days and can keep reading, but after those 100 chapters if I dont pay for the next ones I have to wait 100 days till I get the first free chapter so Im waitimg the hundred days anyway just a bit later and paid for nothing..

To many novels are charging, fuck this shit.

Let me summarize the feelings of a lot of people. Who begets excellent points, counter-arguments, and everything that Qidan doesn't care about.

                  "RRREEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

frk_ozbk2 I know. It's not like suggestions post will help too.
It's a way to release anger and displeasure.
I'm not that much of an optimistist to think that a chinese company would care more about fans than profit.
