What are some best ways to promote your novel and find more readers? My novel is a work in progress, but it would definitely help to find readers that can give feedback so I can improve my novel as I go.

To be bluntly honest, there's no good way of attracting readers on WN but doing a good synopsis and a good cover, and good first chapters of your good-but-not-overly-creative-and-out-of-the-curve story.
FORUMS
Readers don't come here often, just to complain or perhaps ask for recommendations. So, when you find someone asking for the same genre of novel you write, it's the best chance of getting ONE reader in the forums. One at a time...
INSTAGRAM
You will only attract other authors, and they don't often read other novels, because they're too busy writing their own.
FACEBOOK
You can up your novel on web novel groups, but it brings few readers, really. Unless you are popular in the group.
REDDIT
It can bring readers over time, but the results are slow.
TWITTER
Doesn't really work for getting new readers.
PAY AN INFLUENCER TO REVIEW YOUR NOVEL ON YOUTUBE
It might work! It really might work.
PAY FB ADS OR INSTAGRAM ADS
Not expressive results either, unless your novel has a stunning cover and cookie-cutter plot.
YOUR OWN SOCIAL NETWORK
Your best bet, really.
OTHER FORUMS AND WRITER GROUPS
If it's allowed, you can try those.
People around here rely on the swap reviews thread, just look for the pinned monthly and apply for swapping reviews if you wish.
