Another thing to add would be if author's have characters that are not the English alphabet in the chapters, it would not appear. Example: Chinese characters or Greek language (in the Greek form).
They would need to fix it and let CE know to check if it is on the blacklist/whitelist of books.

        Yes, don't use foreign symbols or glyphs (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Cyrilic, Hindi, Arabic, etc).

        Most kaomoji have hidden Japanese symbols, that's the reason they are also banned.

        The system recognizes foreign glyphs as potential spam text and the novel is automatically blacklisted, as MichelleLeeee said.
