A) Yes. 1 chapter a day is absolute minium to achieve anything. The more the better, but keep in mind that stable releases are better than infrequent ones. In other words, its better to publish 2 chapters a day than publishing 15 chapters a week while randomly spreading them through the days. Readers like consistency.

b) No. We write every day. That's the nature of webnovel and something I would advice to get used to as quick as possible if you want to achieve anything here. Unless you can write chapters for two days in a single day and then splitting the publishing... But if you can write two times as much in a day, why not double the release speed?

c) I don't go to vacations in places without wi-fii, writer block doesn't exist, if my health issues are enough to impede my writing then writing and publishing would be the least of my problems.
Because it concerns me. Writing is my main source of income right now so I need to treat it with the respect its due. Once again, daily releases are everything. For the above situations, you can prepare a stockpile (chapters written in advance) so that you are always a week or two ahead of what you have already written and set to automatically publish.

But well, if your novel is not on MGS or win-win (for contracted and premium authors only), taking one or two days off every few months is not a problem. Just keep in mind, one day of not writing sets you back a week of writing in terms your skill and experience.

d) You stop complaining and force yourself to figure out what to write. You use a lot of definitives in your question which is a mistake in the first place. If you no longer know what to write about, then you are no longer a writer. If you have trouble with figuring out what to write, create an outline (bullet points of each chapters or at least bulletpoints for the important events of the story you want to have. This way, you can always look to your destination and try to figure out the path your characters needs to take for the next big event to happen.

e) I do not, because I post daily.

Finishing note:

On webnovel, posting daily is the very foundation of writing. You don't do that, then you won't need to concern yourself with anything else as you fail the most basic thing. Its like with school. If you don't attend the classes, your test scores are not important at all. Just like you can't learn multiplication without knowing how to add and detract numbers, you can't think of real problems with writing if you fail to release daily.

At the same time, I'm not telling you that if you can't publish daily then you don't have a future in webnovel. You can write something just to learn how to write, you can write something to learn how to write faster, how to prepare stockpiles, how to prepare outline. But if you want to achieve anything, even 1 chapter a day might be too little. Given the current trends, if you want to actively contribute to the growth of your novel, I would say 2 chapters a day (at least 1k words each) is the absolute minimum you should aim for.
