How else would we know Kelly_Goodwin is flush with coins and giving away multiple $100 Magic Castles like it's going out of style? /sarcasm
5000 point castle spam - inbox
Hatake_Shirou it is like this so that these rich people will gift more. This will haapen because rich people will flex their money to boost their ego
Agreed, rly annoying.
I'd like to say the same thing. Please stop it devs. It's irritating.
Does anyone actually believe that there are 20-30 people spending $100 + on gifts every day. These are obviously bots, WN is trying to guilt trip everyone into sending gifts to the authors because they get a chunk of change from every gift given.
A_P_Moreau Hello. Well, I personally know several people who sent those gifts, so they are real not bots. With the amount of people using webnovel I don't think it is that hard to find 20-30 customers who can spend 100usd for a gift.

I know some of these names, too, but I won't say I know them personally. If one of these authors comes here and says he/she donated a 100 bucks worthy castle that is not bonus coins to a random novel, and explain to me why, I'll believe him/her, though. I know some authors earn a lot here, but 100 dollars tips are not common even for rich people, just saying.
As I said, unless it's made of bonus coins worth nothing, a single person (not an author, by the way, but one of those untraceable accounts), donated 2 castles to a single book in a matter of minutes... Sorry, but I can't believe it.
Right now, I just think it's the system using their usernames and they just don't care because it's not their money.
Anyway, Webnovel, please stop it. It's weird and tasteless.
It is actual people donating. Most of them are the top fans of books and if you go to their profiles you will see that as well.
DaoistccUeha So... why ur making advertisement here again? Who cares?
Its a bot. May as well get angry at your toaster while you're at it...
Grand_Void_Daoist well I think they should donate some to me too so I can unlock chapters to my hearts content
They are testing the limits of human patience before turning off all the notifications of an app.
Thought I was the only one who didn't like getting all those notices.
Hatake_Shirou i share the same sentiment, but i don't know how to stop these post from popping on my inbox. It's getting on my nerves
Mwineyong_Ladi same thoughts
I agree, this is a very annoying addition. Please let us only get the notification if we have the book in our library or better yet let us toggle it.
At least let us change the settings, this is just spam. Nobody actually cares if somebody they dont know donated 5k coins to a novel they dont read, 10 times a day.
How do I stop this spam?
