potetto Well, badmouthing isn't exactly something that can be restricted unless they are attacking the translators person directly. Well, you could turn this place into a safe space, but it would require quite alot of moderation. Also, vauge rules like 'don't badmouth translators/authors' would be hard to enforce. Like, i also criticized some translators about their professionality and quality of content. You can make mistakes from time to time, but you can't just miss half a chapter, remove parts from the novel since you think that it may offend some people, change the names of places and characters or continue doing the same kind of mistakes even after the mistakes are reported. One should learn from their mistakes no? If you don't, then you deserve the badmouthing of discontent readers. Would you say it is wrong to criticize them in these situations? But if you set a rule like 'don't badmouth translators', then where do you draw the line? It would be entirely up to the moderator to interpret it as he/she likes and take action...
