Мне тоже самое было тоже не получалось, очень внимательно читайте что надо нажимать. Как помню ошибка была тогда когда сбрасываешь старый пароль и ведёшь новый потом надо нажимать чтобы пришёл код на твою электронную почту, тогда пишите этого кода и сработает. И там есть время чтобы вести этого кода, по-моему 100 секунд За это время ручную должны вести этого кода который Вам пришёл на электронную почту

What's taking you guys so long? It has been more than a week since I have not been able to log in to my account. (My Facebook Account is my main one, so this affected my reading experience a lot,)

I cannot log in with my computer or mobile once I have either been kicked out or logged out. I am currently using my laptop, hoping I don't get forced to log out. Customer service keeps telling me that it will be fixed, but nothing. Then asked me to log in with my email. Which I have tried over and over. The one connected to my Facebook is not letting me reset the password that I had never created, and I do not get any other email to allow me to reset the password. I get the newsletter and other promotional emails, but no email asking me to reset my password. Not in the inbox, spam, junk, or trash. It has been escalated over to a specialist to fix, but nothing because I get an email stating I should check to see if I unsubscribe, but how do you do that if I can't even get on my mobile app and on the online site won't even allow me to see the setting for my email that is connected to this whole issue. SEND HELP! SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME!

UPDATE: I fixed it myself.

If it does not prompt you that you have reverified your email, then you need to switch email and verify that the new email is connected to your Facebook account.

That is how I was able to log back in after more than 24 hours of being told that it will be fixed, and they are working on it with more than 5 representatives who clearly could not help me as other forms online did a better job to help me. Goodluck humans

Just sharing how I solved this issue and can login my account. Actually, it's not really solved since webnovel team still working on it. I sent an email to their team on this issue and was informed that their working on it.

1. On their replied, they suggested me to bind my affected account with an email and requested me to provide the Username, user id and email that I want to use for bind. However, method to log in will be change to email instead of facebook. (You can choose not to bind email and remain using facebook but need to wait untill the issue resolved) For me, since this issue happened twice already, I think better change log in method so that there will be no any issue in the future (who know right? ).

2. I provided only username and email since I can't remember my user id which is 10-digits. For username, you need to follow exactly on your account since it case sensitive. What happened to me, at first I wrongly stated my username by using uppercase instead of lowercase. So the team unable to locate my account. After reconfirmed, they able to find it. Only then I understand what the meaning of case sensitive (stupid me).

3. After that, the team will assist to bind the account with email provided. For my case, I already added email address on my account previously which requested after the first login issue solved.

4. So, the team advise me to log in using email. Since it's first time, I need to go on grey button with envelope on it. Enter the email and tap on 'forgot password'. Then, just follow the instructions and now, I able to login my account already. Yesss!!!!

5. Almost forgot, don't worry, your FP, unlocked chapter or coins is remain same. This is just changed for login method only.
