The creation of the Authonoid (Authorized Android/Hybrid Human-Like Robot) aims to prevent further infection and combat the infectious Scorching Virus that's infected living beings and inanimate objects on this planet, including Androids. However, this tiny virus evolving and is immune to any kind of antidote. There's no single medicine that's effective to combat the Scorching Virus until half of Galea Planet is infected by this tiny virus, where it's infecting every living being on this planet, including the mighty Dragons and the Beasts that rule this planet.

Minerva is the non-patriated, privately owned organization that combated this virus and the crisis by providing free healthcare, education, jobs, and a defense system with no compensation. However, all of Minerva's deeds weren't progressing smoothly until a dictator regime in the Federal Republic of Gorusia planned to do an expansionist to the entire Usian continent and declared war against Minerva under the command of Supreme Leader Dmitri Montagne. Even Montagne used the Scorching Virus as his political playbook.

Crescent is a terrorist organization that is rebelling against any form of oppressive government mandate by burning and murdering those who once oppressed them.

Tsuyuki (Minerva's Black Vulture Leader), along with his friends (Red Cheetah & Purple Mastodon), must stop the continuous Scorching Virus outbreak, endless political uprising in the Usian continent, and combat the continuous terrorism acts that Crescent causes under the command of Rukia (Crescent Leader & Codename: Onigashi).
