I normally love TGIF, but actively encouraging an entire user base to spam fake reviews on ANOTHER legit website that sells products. Is not only morally long, it also can be considered a break in Amazons terms of service. Amazon is already suing companies for doing this on their site. This is just not ok on any level.

Thankfully Amazon requires accounts to have bought a certain amount of things on their website before allowing them to write reviews. Which explains why there are only 19 so far. Most of the kids on this site probably don't even own a valid credit/debit card to buy things there.

                    I would love a mass release on HM (and hoping for Perfect Secret Love as well XD) and of course would do anything for it. But the problem is that this way of getting incentives doesn't really sit well with a lot of people and that includes me. I hope that WEBNOVEL would at least give us readers REASONABLE and ATTAINABLE ways to get these mass release without implicating the readers and other third parties. I also hope there would be specific guidelines (like when is deadline, are the chapters going to be premium or not, etc...)

                    It's interesting to see that no one from qidian has shared their views on what people have been trying to convey to them. I also believe that having paid reviews is unfair and unethical. On the other hand, I also want them to do a mass release for a novel I like.

                    I am hoping that qidian does take a note from this and comes up with a solution of some kind for future at least.

                      The worst part about this is that even if your fans do this, you will still charge spirit stones for the chapters, so it isn't 150 free chapters in the best case, but possibly about 500 spirit stones, from your premium users. Since you won't give the newest chapters out free, even in this case

                      Timeimmortal I was just about to mention how there are crickets coming from webnovel concerning this issue. Lol even though I did leave my review. They said they improved it so hopefully there will be less raping and more communication. I actually did like the book initially but after they continued to have the same communication issues over and over I just couldnt take it. Lol i dont do too well with suspense.

                          LzyGmr Webnovel cannot modify the book. They cannot change the work of the original author. The book is originally Chinese, then Webnovel translated it. They cannot remove any content from it so the plot stays the same.

                              QueenCL Well, the author could use our feedback to improve his novel for global readers. But if that's the case I'd really feel scammed, since that would mean, the QI readers are more like paying beta readers.

                                  For readers on QI, we only have access to the translated version and translators. Feedback for the author would have to be done on the Chinese website.
                                  Plus the original novel was completed a while ago even before the translated version reached half way.

                                      QueenCL Maybe not even altered due to reader feedback, but maybe QI's opinion. A normal book also has to be accepted by the publisher and they may make suggestions to alter parts of the story. This is not feasible in an ongoing release, but now it's first version is finished. It has to be profesionally edited anyway, so changes prior to this wouldn't be surprising.
