@Kiera_Kowaliw @Flabbergasted I understand your perspective on the incentive matter. From your viewpoint, I agreed that little incentives can really act as motivation for authors. But like the others have said, Webnovel paying all non-contracted writers in capital is not really logical considering lack of revenues on the part of the writers. Just like @Clowniac said, Webnovel could work on allowing non-contracted authors to be recieving gifts, even if the gifts would be shared between the writer and Webnovel just like in contracts. I believe that will improve the writing quality and length of many works.
