It being 4 days mean they didn't even set a system in the 3 weeks they had. Which shows how much they care. I don't get why you would feel the need to defend them for such customer service. I don't even need to wait a day let alone a week...

I mean, it would have been a pretty simple announcement if that is the reality.

"Don't make promises you can't keep." i.e. if it really has to do with coding work/scripting every time there is an event, then don't put a target date, put in a target month, hell, target quarter is also a thing since we can't really expect guarantees on exact dates.

That's also the thing. The lack of announcements for what is happening about promises that have yet to be fulfilled have been "left to our imagination". Why is webnovel, as a company, not posting about the very promises they are still working on but have failed to deliver based on the original commitment?

I would expect a company, that is professional, to do so if there is a failure to meet delivery or target dates. Yet each and every time this has happened, silence is the preferred approach or no official stance or response has been given.

Also, when I myself read all those comments and forum posts all over, I, for some reason feel really funny. It can be a way to pass time. As long as you ignore the fact that the shit is directed towards you, reading the forum posts and comments can be really entertaining, even more than reading some novels (Looking at you LoHP and RTW). Or is it just me who considers it something like that?
