I've made a purchase yesterday and did not get my SS.
I've reached out to service@webnovel but they are asking me to get a refund from apple.
They've told me to do it twice - but it's not the solution I want.
I do not want a refund but I just want my spirit stones!
Will this happen every time we purchase?
minnimetiny I just got my problem fixed. From my experience, you screenshot that Apple denied a refund, sent it to service with a proof of purchase and they’ll tell you to wait. I got my SS after 3 days from the initial email I sent them. Hope this helps. I was getting impatient too.

Someone plz help ! I just bought 500 spirits stone because of the new promotion where we're suppose to get an extra 500 spirit stone but i only received the usual 500 + 100 bonus spirit stone. I sent an email hours ago but didn't get any response. If it happened to someone else plz tell me what i should do

WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I bought 2500 ss on the app through Google wallet for the promotion of doubling my purchase. I have not received the bonus 2500 ss yet.

I'm in the same position for the promo- sent e-mails with screenshots- no reply yet.
xpinker they just replied me and they said that we would get the extra only if is the FIRST purchase ever . that means if we ever bought anything before we are not eligible for this promotion.
I feel as if i have gotten stolen because they didn't explain well

Les_Mandarines is it just me, or are we the only ones who didn't see the "(which means the first purchase since registration)" before this? I felt cheated uuurghhhhhhh so why the hell did they use word like "first purchase only" coz i thought u can only buy it once during the promo period. Can't they be clear and use words like for "INTRODUCTION TO SS PURCHASE PROMO - ONLY FOR FIRST TIME USERS/BUYERS" *rant goes on and on... 
Les_Mandarines They didnt explain well and used those words on purpose to trick us. This company always tries to trick us out of our money.
If anything sounds like a good deal from this company, think twice and check the forums. It's usually some kind of trick to get money off us.
