    Perks:

    Immortal in a literal sense. Nothing can kill you. Energy doesn't disappear, it only gets converted, so no matter what happens you can never die. Energy body can be reconstructed and changed shape according to ones taste.

    Everything in universe is energy in a sense. Even matter is energy when you go down to the building blocks of universe. So as a sentient energy cluster, you can control anything in the universe as long as you have enough energy for it.

    Can be at multiple places thanks to quantum entanglement, connected particles can communicate faster than light at instant speed, so it can work anywhere in the universe as long as you can send your energy particles to different corners of the universe.

    Basically a lesser god tbh......

    If that one is too much universe breaking for ya, then i will just make do with being unaging as a minimum requirement.

    As for being able to control all cells in your body, it's actually not that hard to achieve that with technology in the future. Cell sized nano machines will be controlling everything in a humans body in the future anyways. It will give them immortality and super adaptibility to all kinds of environments being able to change their structures freely. Hell, we may just transcend into complete digitalized humans in the even further future letting go of our organic bodies. Then maybe even further, we might finally have the technology to trancend from matter beings into energy based sentient clusters. I know that sounds too scifi but who knows? We don't know everything about the universe yet so it just might be possible. So yeah no matter what kind of ability you choose, it will probably be possible in the far far future even if it sounds so crazy. So as long as you have enough time to see it and if humans don't fuck up before advancing so far, you will have the chance to experience everything you might imagine right now...

        The power not to copy, but to absorb. Any power I come into contact with I can assimilate into myself. Copying basicly lets you use that one power but you lose it when you switch to another. While absorbing it just adds to my arsenal of abilities. However the absorption not only effects powers but energy as well. I can absorb kinetic energy to power my body and negate heavy pressure. Light or dark energy to maintain my body without the need to breathe or eat food so being in space or at the bottom of the ocean wouldn't be an issue.
