It's been days i noticed that whenever i Sign In or vote with Power Stone or with Energy Stone, i don't received any FASTPASS. Can you please explain to me if Webnovel still give us FastPass or not???
Sometimes when i check in or vote, it says i 3 more fastpass, but than they suddenly dissepear again. How am i suppose to save fastpasses than and unlock chapter?

Bookworm_123 Look through this list to see if there is an answer to your question:
- Are you on the right account? As silly as this may seem many with balance issues often are using multiple accounts and simply didn't realize they logged into the wrong one.
- Fast Passes currently have no expiry message. If your 'stockpile' from the most recent collected pass is more than a week ago then yes they've all expired, they have 7 day windows, if you wait till day 14 without getting new ones then they all expired.
- Did you have fast passes to begin with? Many seem under the impression that daily rewards are all in fp, only 3 tasks are.
- Any books set to auto unlock? All it takes is a TGIF mass release to nuke your fp stockpile.

To check to see if it was expiry, look at your consumption history here: https://www.webnovel.com/bill/fastpass. Or, if you are on the app, go to your profile > tap fast pass > look at your consumption.
If you are positive that it is none of the above & it truly is a bug, send screenshots of your consumption history & your deposit history for fast passes & reply to me, so I can re-tag it.
yaoyueyi No i didn't login on another account. I have only one account. I often read books on Webnovel and even unlock the locked chapters with my Fastpass every week. So i don't think it's the expiry thing of Fastpass. If my balance stay the same then if it reac Zero and than what's the use of constantly Sign In and Votings to get fastpass when i won't recieve anymore?
Also i have a problem with Sign In some days, sometimes it won't allow me
Azraeeeel I just wish the coins would return. Those were more better because those last one month. Fastpass sucks a lot
Go to your profile and click on your Fast Pass and check your fast pass deposit and consumption history to see if the balance makes sense.
If it doesn't then you may have a bug.
The Sign-in problem, try clearing your cache and reinstall the app.

Now, fastpass has a bug.
It's been two days until now, I didn't get any fastpass.
Please, fix this bugs!

Near as I can tell, we now get '10 Points' instead of a fast pass for 'Daily check in' and the two different votes on PC. These points can only be redeemed in the app. Goto Profile then Store. You can buy a 'Fast pass' for 2000 points. I, for one, am not happy with this math.

yeah the new rules are totally against the free users. Previously at least we got a fp by checking in, now even that is not possible. Also there is no store on web and it is a hassle to open the app only to buy a single fp
You can still get FPs but only on the app, the web browser gives points.

[unknown] The FPs that are given thru the app, are mostly the 'Single work' version of FPs. 'Single work' FPs can only be used on the book that they are locked to. It is quite easy to have 10 or so FPs and not be able to use them on any thing that you are currently reading. Since the change to points instead of 'All works' FPs, I have yet to see a single 'All works' FP given out.
