Rate Translation Quality is useless asfck, you don't have enough translators to change them if their "stars" are bad or their translation is shit, change it to "Rate Chapter" and make it public for others to see the rating.

This makes sense. It allows us to show appreciation for a chapter we liked, for all of TL/editor/author.
Not all chapters of a good novel are good, and even crappy novels have some good chapters. Rating individual chapters will allow this to be recognized/appreciated.
Nehaust make it public for others to see the rating.

TL Quality is important, but it should at least be visible for each chapter, for the novel as a whole, and for each TL and Editor. Since I cannot see the score, I don't bother to rate, except to give 1 star when they clearly did a bad job with the TL/Edit

Yes, what's the point of rating it if it doesn't affect on anything? I can't even see it, so, why should I rate besides having the daily exp?
I also think that they should have a public display of their profile to see their rating as translators, it would give us a overall description of their translations and also they will try to improve to not be marked as a low-quality translators.
A low score will send the particular translator for Quality Assurance testing.
