one thing I missed for a bit if your using a pc to read you get fewer stones as they haven't added the "watch an ad " to get free extra stones that build into the app, qi can never keep to their word it seems , it's almost as if they want people to go to pirate sites to read , even the new TKA promo is bugged and your not getting all the points

Wait 1-2 years, the programmers of webnovel are really slow on their job, the system is really unstable and the word "Beta" is clearly written on everything. Paying for spirit stones at this current date is the worst thing ever done in the life.
Why are you being a bich, if you wanna criticize a novel for being expensive do it for all the premium novels too. Release that witch, library of heaven path, ancient godly monarch and other are as expensive as immortal mortal, it just that immortal mortal has a fast pace release update

BOB_666 yes well, i don not read those, except for library of heaven's path, which would come at about 10 bucks in ss i think? i'm guessing from memory so don't take my word for it.
but i do encourage you to make a pricelist of the novels and post it. i suggest naming it the "actual pricelist of novels" or smthing.
as for why i am "being a bitch"? it is called creating awareness. something that is now happening with a lot of DLC's. the thing with microtransactions is that buyers often do not realise how quickly prices accumulate.
making a post won't change this, i know, but putting it out there from time to time will make a few aware, and annoy them, at which point, like many annoyed internet users, they will "bitch about it" as you put it so nicely, and annoy a few more, creating a positive feedback loop. or so i hope, anyway.
you never know what might work if you try, and it's only a few minutes of my time anyway.
It's actually over 200 chapter lock Behind the paywall, I try reading other novels but I'm getting caught up with those too, and already spend 10 dollars to try and get my fix, if I really wanted to read all the novels to their end. I would probably had to spend more than 100 dollars.......
There is a lot of way to read without paying, of course reading every day, and keeping up with the update will make you want to pay, and none of us want to do that. Like what i do, i collect spirit stone and wait for a periode and binge read a volume. Saving time or money.

I don't know if you guys have the same problem: I feel like qidian days days are 30hrs long now. My daily spirit stones are not so daily anymore.
1 chapter a day is released free you are saying if you want to read 200+ chapter in adv of the current free chapter you need to only spend 60 dollars cheaper then alot of the patreons for other novel out there.

It maybe a bit expensive to read a novel on this site, but i always think of it as an appreciation for the translator of their good job of releasing chapters at a good pace.
I'm an active member of fansub and LN translator, so i know translating a novel is a pretty tiring job and sometimes we wish that someday someone would give us a lot of donation money. Hahaha...
Don't forget that you always have the option to wait patiently to read a chapter with free SS or go to another site.
So not the real problem here. Here is the key, its not that people dont want to support. I would LOVE to support more activly. I can even afford to so thats not holding me back at all. I simply refuse to be ripped off with the horrible ratio's and prices currently being used. In short its overpriced. Give better options and I know I atleast will spend more money here and support more overall. Currently ? I think im barely supporting at all because the current situation is turning into a bad joke, its like being pushed towards other places because honestly ? It does not seam like QI wants my money at all. Because trying to sell me a good experience when their still a rival of netflix and other forms of online entertainment, amazon unlimited is a fraction of the cost for instance. LN's is a fairly new market still, but their shooting themselves in the foot when it comes to current exchange rates for "Entertainment vs Value" compared to other types of services. Get closer to be competative and I would jump on it in a heartbeat. Until then ? I read what I can for free, maybe spend my free stones on some chapters here and there then go to netflix etc when im out. Sorry not worth it any other way currently. Wish this was not true.
I have saved my money here by going ‘somewhere over the rainbow’ to read and spending all those extra cash on games and Japanese novels from J Novel that costs 7 usd
People in this forum do not get the fact that they are buying chapters at super Premium rate while inthe Japanese and English speaking world, ebooks are sold by the book lol
