It was my understanding that with the changes to it, there was a maximum of 20 chapters. Is there a reason Cultivation Online is consistently staying at 50 chapters locked behind privilege?

Is really that hard to stop people from Spamming the forum. They are creating new accounts and filling the forums with hundreds of post of the same thing over a period of hours. It is making the forums unusable.
The part that gets to me is if you pay the 50 dollars to unlock all the chapters for that given month. You are all caught up, and the month ends you are out of luck. Time to caugh up another 50 to catch up to where you were reading before. That's why at this point I read my novels elsewhere. This site is a money trap.
