I tried to make it different then my usual style, so please read it and tell me if you guys like it or not, as I am in desparate need of some criticism and honest opinions of readersChryiss Looking back towards my school days, I realise that they form the best chunk of my life till now. Even though I'm not in contact with most of my middle school friends, I have great memories and experiences. This phase of life is really complicated, since I am really eager to go to college, but I think I'll miss school a lot.
Reinesse Chryiss I try to think of enjoying studying (I do love it when I am not pressurized sigh) but due to a lot of competition and burden of getting into the best (which means the one with highest scholarship) college, I sometimes find myself being forced to study.
I'm still making myself comfortable with all the burdens (which are nothing except studying; I still live off of my parents ashamed) and look forward to what comes next!!
Despite all of this, I'm really excited to enter college next year and look forward to living independently!Jajavanillanina You can check out mine too, it's still in writing stage though, but it surely is and will be free! Shiksha_Jerath I read the first 2 chapters of your novel, and here is what I have to say,
You write beautifully, I have nothing to complain about the grammar(upto my knowledge) it was good.
I'd agree with reinesse on the long paragraphs and the info dump, since I lost interest after the info dump in chapter 2. You can try to give the information and present scenarios in form of dialogues with some sarcasm and humour to make it interesting, I'd prefer that over long paragraphs.
Other than that, you're greatShiksha_Jerath It's a rainy day here too. You're from India right?? Where do you live?? I'm from Gujarat. The rains have hit the state since a couple of days due to the cyclone Vayu
