Alice_W Well, what happens to me more like got charged but no SS.... u.u and now I can't read most of new chapters from some of the novels.... and it's already 3 freaking days with no response or any new info/updates from WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL , CKtalon or service@webnovel.com.... u.u....

Just a quick note to all....it is always better to buy atleast 150 SS or more points, Believe me these get used pretty quickly.
VINTAGE_DUST Well, this happens when I'm buying 150+15 ss package, error 2 times got charged 2 times the amount when I just want to buy 1 package, got no SS, no responses from the team either by mail or forum..... starting to lose my trust and patient for this issue.... kinda feels like got rob of my money from this issue.....
I can't buy any SS. After selecting getting more, i got stuck in an unlimited uploading of the pop-up page to payment...

Was wondering why i kept getting through the paypal part but everytime it loaded back to webnovel it forced a login each time... So it's currently broken... GG

Tried buying SS earlier today but it kept on saying that there was something wrong with Code 2 (whatever that is). Tried using 2 different cards for billing but it declined both. :(
