    The true answer from me would be to communicate that their attention is not wanted and ask them to keep a respectful distance. Make it clear that if they do not that you will be forced to ignore all interactions with them.

    Threaten to sue for harassment, get a restraining order, file a police report. Before doing any of the above please post a notice on your door, your social media etc. make it known to this clingy person and the world you want nothing to do with them. If their still feeling sticky, do the the three things I said, try the threat first if not then the restraining order(which usually starts with a police report I believe) and once they violate the restraining order possibly sue for emotional damages.

    If they are poor though, its better if you just kill them, likely if they spend all their time with you no one is missing em. chop em into pieces Dexter/Hannibal style and throw em in the sewer in only 5 different states where you do not live.

      Neverfire7 Stalkers, clingy, same thing. It gives you the same icky feeling. At first you say "Oh they are just clingy" NO! They are borderline stalking you. when a person asks "Where are you? WHat are you doing? Who did you see?" They are asking to know your life by the minute, if you don't give it to them they might just take it....Like stalkers who don't need to ask where you where what you were doing cause they already know!!
