Misguided_Rooster Then go to FMHM and see how many men are in the ranking of votes and then go to TKA and RSSG and add the women of these last two and make a good calculation. The power of ranking is there, just compare and you will see the difference in the concentration of the female audience and the male audience. Of course there will be one woman or another in genres like video games, so there are men in the genre of romantic fiction.
The concentration of the female audience is more focused on Romanesque fiction.

lol I'm female and my first vote of the daily three I have always goes to Lord Xueying. 2nd and 3rd go to other novels in my library and at least 1 is for an original novel.

The10thCrow I think you're underestimating how shitty the popular male lead novels are these days. If you want to see more male lead novels in the top 20, then you need more of them that are worth voting for.
I personally have no problem with female lead novels if they are good. I've read quite a few that I really liked. Of course, there are plenty of bad ones too, but yeah.
Rather than differentiating between female and male MC, I would rather have the voting differentiated between the genres.
